After Richard's first few years of selling real estate in the Austin area, it became quite clear to him that there were distinct differences between the levels of professionalism, knowledge and overall caring that were displayed by many of the Realtors he had worked with. Once the decision was made to start Cain and Company, Richard made it very clear that he wanted to find a way to send a direct message to any potential clients. He wanted that message to somehow convey that when working with him and his experienced and knowledgeable support staff, the client would receive the type of service that is rarely seen in the real estate industry. His past clients have experienced the difference and through hard work and determination, Richard hopes to earn your future business so that you can know why and how these three little words became so important to him.

About Richard Cain
Prior to entering the challenging and exciting realm of Real Estate, I enjoyed many successes in Austin with careers in management, customer service, and sales. While on that path, I earned many prestigious awards and accolades while always exceeding my clients’ expectations. This experience and skill set has helped transform me into a sincere and dedicated Realtor. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and insight from working and living in the Austin area for over 25 years. In the past, my clients have found this knowledge to be very helpful when choosing a new neighborhood and home. Previewing homes in different areas and keeping up with current issues regarding subdivisions, builders, schools and new road construction are just a few of the ways I keep my market knowledge up to date. My real estate career is extremely important to me and the quality of service I provide is even more important. I believe these two ideas go hand and hand. I also believe that one must take time to enjoy life and all it has to offer, which will ultimately result in even more career success and overall internal happiness. When I have the luxury of having time off, I absolutely love going to new and exotic locations. My family also has a vacation home York Beach, Maine and I have always loved going up there, as it is a home away from home. Another home for me has been my church, which is Riverbend here in Austin. I also like to stay active by playing basketball, going to the gym, and running. My creative side also often needs fulfilling and I do this by playing the guitar or taking acting classes. My family and friends are very important to me and the highlight of my life has to be when I am spending time with my son, Jaxon Lee Cain. He really has been such a wonderful blessing and I can’t imagine my life without him. My past clients know about my level of professionalism and how I care for each and every one of them. This may be one reason why they continue to refer me to their friends and family.
